I made this card for the little cutie who is turning the big 2 next mo. ALREADY.
It feels as though he just turned one.
I have not quite figured out what I will put on the front or inside the card yet, so I've left that blank for now.

I'm sweet on you
I did this card after seeing a challenge on http://splitcoatstampers.com/ last year.
And as always I am way behind in everything, but what the heck, I gave it a try.
Sorry about the quality of the picture, my camera was acting up when I took this and after several attempts I finally gave up on getting a good one.

finally
A set of cards.
I used a stamp from the Gina K. set Comfort & Peace.
There are 5 cards to this set (the other three are in the post below) and I just switched up the
placement of the stamp, chalked the yellow and blue and a few different embelishments on each card.
I'm thrilled that I finally did it, and that although not the fanciest of cards they turned out pretty good.

Mom Cards
This first card is my first acetate card
I stamped the flower from the Ornate Hearts and Flowers set from http://mftstamps.com/
on acetate, then while that was drying I chalked over a leaf stamp (dollar bin) on white c/s and stamped the love is timeless sentiment on that.
I added chipboard letters covered with scraps of dp from Micheal's (I think).
I see I should do that cord a might tighter before I give it to mom.

This one was ds from MFT called Echo, I believe, and a few heart cutouts, flower embelishment, and ribbon from Jody Morrow http://confessionsofaribbonaddict.blogspot.com/ from one of her ribbon shares.

MFT Stamp
I did this for Valentines Day, but never did send it to anyone.
This first pic shows the front of the card and envy

While this next pic is the inside of the card and envelope flap
had to make the envelope and it is 5x5
(I just noticed that you can see some of the doublesided tape I used).
Oh well, it never pays to post before looking. lol
The blurred sentiment is not an oops though, I did that on purpose with wet ink and chalks.
Sentiment is from dollar bin at local store.
