I did this card a few days ago with a new stamp set from www.scrappingreatdeals.com
called Winter Birds.
I used a corner punch from Stampin Up to get the scalloped edge on the bottom.
by removing the gaurd, then added the bling.
I lightly sprayed the white cs with glitter spray , hard to see in the pic, after stamping and
embossing the bird with gold embossing powder.
I layered that onto gold cs then distressed the edges, layered that onto red cs.
All design paper is from Memory Box.

Tonniece, this is a very fancy card. I love the scalloped edge ---> it is incredibly pretty. How very clever of you to use the corner punch to make that.
