EveryDayMatters

I have to say very quickly that I joined a group last week called Every Day Matters. The members have daily sketch challenges, and I decided to start at challenge #1 and work my way - hopefully through all of them.
This is challenge #1
I liked doing this one since I can't wear any of my considerable pairs of shoes. I at least got to go through them all and pick a few of my faves, which was not an easy thing to do.

This is challenge #2
A desk lamp. It's suposed to be a Tifany lamp, but not being really fond of that style I guess I could have picked some better colors, but I drew a complete blank.. Imagine! I guess any thing would do, color wise that is. I might do another one later.
So since I started this last week I do have a few more sketches done, and will download these later today.
Chao for now, and hope you all had a great weekend.

I think your sketches are great! I keep trying to remind myself, it is the act of doing it and the process that matters... not the final product. namaste Elis.

Thanks, glad you like. I actualy got the group from miss Artist-story teller-music teacher etc, etc, etc, Luci. Now I just need a really good sketch book.

Tonniece, I'm glad you joined the EDM. It's a great group, and very inspiring.

Boy, those are cute shoe (how many inch is the heel?) & sandal. I like the clean line sketch there.

The lamp is gorgeous. I like the coloring!

Hi Luci
hahaha, the shoes are not really that high, just 3ins., and believe it or not I have yet to wear this pair as per the current swelling I am experiencing, But hoping to be strutting in them very soon.
Thanks for introducing me to EDM.
What great talent there.
